Back patio has an outdoor setting & gas BBQ. The large backyard has a lovely shady tree, perfect for the kids to run around or a great space for your fur baby as it is fully enclosed.
Canal Road is 1.5km to the Paynesville Esplanade. At the end of Canal Road (100m) you can fish from the banks of the canal.
The house has a split system in the living area & fans in the bedrooms. It keeps really cool in Summer and warms well in winter with a gas wall heater for additional heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, cooking facilities and amenities.

The apartment is conveniently located on the Esplanade in Paynesville, just 50 meters from the Paynesville Foreshore. Sardine Dining is 400 meters away, and the Raymond Island Ferry is 500 meters from the property. Sunset Cove is 700 meters away, and Bairnsdale Golf Course is 5 km. For those willing to drive a bit further, Metung Hot Springs is a 40-minute drive, and Mitchell River Silt Jetties is an 8km drive. The nearest winery, Lightfoot & Sons, is 21kms from the apartment.
